We first need a scraper, and luckily Gscraper has a free version that does just what we need: It scrapes links, and it checks pagerank.

Gscraper is on the DNS list, so I’ll just give the official link and let you figure out how to qualify for the free version of the program.

Next, we need a mass broken link checker. Xenu Link Sleuth does this nicely. You can grab it here:

Now we need to load our footprint into Gscraper:

site:tumblr.com

Next, use the built-in keywords list in Gscraper, it contains around 15k keywords or so.

Finally, load your proxies into the program and leave it to do its thing.

We should be left with a nice big list after a few hours or so. We need to then trim the URLs to the domain, and remove duplicate domains.

You now have a list of unique Tumblr blogs. You can now go ahead and check the PR of all these URLs with Gscraper, which should also take a little while.

When it’s done, remove all the low PR links, and export the remaining URLs as a txt file.

This file can be imported into Xenu, which basically does its thing the moment the list has been imported.

You will be given a long list with some URLs in red once it finishes, all of these red URLs should in theory be available to be claimed on Tumblr.
